Francisco Swanson President and Project Manager
Francisco Swanson has been in the construction industry for over twenty-five years. He started in the industry as a carpenter and worked his way through the ranks. He has worked on large commercial projects throughout New England as a manager. He also worked for a large retailer in Maine as the VP of Real Estate Development in the New England area responsible for growth strategy for the companies real estate portfolio. After the economy took a turn, he went to work for a government contractor. He worked past four years for numerous government agencies on many projects throughout New England and New York doing design/build and tenant fit-ups for the Navy, Air Force, Army Corp., Coast Guard, and the GSA. Some of the facilities under his responsibilities were Portsmouth Naval Ship yard, Newport Naval Base, Coast Guard Housing in Beverly, Ma, Volpe Center, JFK Building, Williams Building Coast guard Station, Groton Naval Base, Westover Air Base, multiple Army Corp Sites in Western MA, and Navy bases in Maine.
His main focus as President and owner of CM*GC is providing the highest quality product for the most competitive prices in the marketplace today. He will continue to grow CM*GC into a viable government and private contractor, putting people to work and giving them room to grow and become the very best they can be in our industry.

| Dennis D. Anderson Vice President of Operations Denny Anderson is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of construction management experience.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State in 1970, Denny served in Vietnam as an Aircraft Commander flying C130s . His early construction career was spent as a superintendent with Turner Construction, where one of his projects was the $250 million Bally's Casino in Atlantic City . He then spent seventeen years (1980-1997) with the Harvey Companies; as Vice President/Project Manager with Harvey Construction Co. (Union), and as President of Engel Construction Co. (Open Shop).
Active in the industry and the community, Denny is known for his honesty and integrity. He has served as a director of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. , been a member of Rotary International, is Quartermaster for Veterans of Foreign Wars, and is a member of the American Legion. |
| William J. Champa Senior Project Manager Bill has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He received his education from the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science-Building Construction Degree. Bill has also attended courses offered by Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. , and he is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the state of Massachusetts.
As a Project Manager on the CMGC Building Corp. team, Bill prepares budgets and administers subcontractor and supplier buyouts and contracts, and performs the daily administration and coordination of projects.
Bill is responsible for complete on-site construction management that includes monitoring the project for time, cost, quality, and safety criteria. He establishes on-site logistics and coordinates trade items and building components. He also conducts inspections, produces updates and maintains progress schedules and field records as well as conducts punch list close out at the conclusion of the job. |
