President & Project Manager

Denny Anderson is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of construction management experience.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State in 1970, Denny served in Vietnam as an Aircraft Commander flying C130s . His early construction career was spent as a superintendent with Turner Construction, where one of his projects was the $250 million Bally's Casino in Atlantic City . He then spent seventeen years (1980-1997) with the Harvey Companies; as Vice President/Project Manager with Harvey Construction Co. (Union), and as President of Engel Construction Co. (Open Shop).

Active in the industry and the community, Denny is known for his honesty and integrity. He has served as a director of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. , been a member of Rotary International, is Quartermaster for Veterans of Foreign Wars, and is a member of the American Legion. Denny is an executive board member of the Rebuilding Together Greater Manchester , and serves as a house foreman for Rebuilding Together construction projects.

Senior Project Manager 

Bill has twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He received his education from the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science-Building Construction Degree. Bill has also attended courses offered by Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. , and he is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the state of Massachusetts.

As a Project Manager on the CMGC Building Corp. team, Bill prepares budgets and administers subcontractor and supplier buyouts and contracts, and performs the daily administration and coordination of projects.

Bill is responsible for complete on-site construction management that includes monitoring the project for time, cost, quality, and safety criteria. He establishes on-site logistics and coordinates trade items and building components. He also conducts inspections, produces updates and maintains progress schedules and field records as well as conducts punch list close out at the conclusion of the job.
