Frank Swanson has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. His career started in the field as a carpenter, worked his way into the position of foreman, and then moved into supervision of commercial projects throughout New England. In the early 2000's he widened his range of experience, as Vice President of Real Estate Development, crafting and implementing the growth strategy of a large Maine-based retailer's real estate portfolio. Turning his attention to project management in the late 2000's, Frank worked on a number of bid and design/build projects for Federal Government agencies; the United States Navy, Air Force, Army Corp. of Engineers, Coast Guard, and the General Services Administration. In 2011 Frank became President of CM•GC Building Corp., successfully obtained SBA 8(a)/MBE/DBE certifications for the company, and expanded the company's client list to include the Federal Aviation Administration.
Frank's goal as President of CM•GC Building Corp. is to provide the highest quality products and services for the most competitive prices in the marketplace. He will continue to build CM•GC Building Corp. into a viable government and private contractor, putting people to work and giving them room to grow and become the very best they can be in the construction industry.
